Leaked Specs of Samsung Galaxy S23 FE: Exynos 2200 SoC, 5G Capabilities & More!
Samsung, the tech giant, is all set to make a grand entry in the smartphone market with the Galaxy S23 FE, touted to be launched by the end of 2023. Contrary to the trajectory of its predecessor, the Galaxy S22 FE, which wasn’t released due to a chip shortage, the Galaxy S23 FE is poised to mark its own path, backed by substantial improvements in its chipset.
The much-anticipated Galaxy S23 FE is expected to feature the in-house octa-core Exynos 2200 5G SoC, according to repeated claims by renowned tipster Revegnus. This aligns with several other reports that have surfaced about this up-and-coming device.
Notably, the Galaxy S23 FE is set to break from the tradition of including a Snapdragon chipset model, instead exclusively shipping with the Exynos 2200 chipset. The Exynos 2200, first from Samsung to include an AMD Radeon GPU, is also the powerhouse behind the Galaxy S22, the brand’s flagship series from last year.
The Galaxy S23 FE boasts a host of notable specifications, including:
A triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 12MP sensor, and an 8MP sensor with a telephoto lens supporting 3x zoom. It is also equipped with a 12MP selfie camera in the front.
The Exynos 2200 chipset at its core, coupled with 6GB + 8GB of RAM and 128GB + 256GB of onboard storage.
A 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W wired fast charging.
A display featuring a 6.5-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen, a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and a pixel density of 405 ppi.
Rumored to launch ahead of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE aims to counter the declining sales of the Galaxy S23 series. Tipster @Tech_Reve suggests that we might see the Galaxy S23 FE as early as July or August.
The Galaxy S23 FE, an addition to the Galaxy S23 lineup launched earlier this year, is slated to succeed the Galaxy F21 FE launched in 2021. With its impressive list of specifications and features, the Galaxy S23 FE is eagerly awaited by tech enthusiasts across the globe.
The smartphone also promises advanced network connectivity, supporting 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G, and comes with dual SIM slots. Other features include a USB Type-C audio jack, on-screen fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 4 (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth v5.2, GPS with A-GPS, NFC, and USB charging.
As we wait for its official unveiling, the Galaxy S23 FE continues to create a stir in the smartphone market with its cutting-edge features and promising performance.
