Honor Set to Unveil V Purse in China on September 19

Honor, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has taken a step further in innovation by introducing the concept of the V Purse smartphone. The concept was initially showcased in Berlin during the IFA event, leaving many intrigued about the idea of outward-folding smartphones resembling a purse. Now, the answer to its commercial availability is clear.

The popular Chinese actor, Yang Yang, added to the excitement by confirming the announcement date of the V Purse smartphone. The grand reveal is set to take place on September 19 in Shanghai, a city close to Honor’s heart.

While the invitation and related social media posts have sparked interest in a fashion show or presentation, there’s still a shroud of mystery surrounding the phone’s specifications. This approach aligns with the target audience, which values style and innovation.

The concept, which was glimpsed but not handled during its debut in Berlin, bears a striking resemblance to the Huawei Mate Xs 2. It boasts a wraparound display, integrated cameras, and a click-to-unfold mechanism. Additionally, a trendy case further accentuates its purse-like appearance.

Originally, Honor hinted at a possible launch in China before the end of the year, but it appears that the company might be ahead of schedule. However, an international launch for this unique concept seems unlikely.

Stay tuned for more details on the V Purse as it transitions from concept to reality, potentially revolutionizing the smartphone industry with its blend of fashion and technology.
